- The traveler agrees that iYaatra.com being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. The maximum liability of iYaatra.com in such events will be to refund the booking amount subject to receipt from the airlines or any service provider.
- There can be exceptional circumstances where airlines may be unable to honour the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, etc, or any other reason beyond the control of iYaatra.com, If iYaatra.com has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonour of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide a similar alternative to the traveler or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective airlines/service provider. The traveler agrees that iYaatra.com being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked, cannot be held responsible for any such circumstance. The traveler also agrees to pay the extra cost arising due to such circumstances for the trip continuity.
